Having lived in three countries and five states, I appreciate regularly coming home to my yoga mat.
I have worked in communications and group fitness, but my most important job is raising two teenagers. My yoga mat is my personal retreat, a place for solace and serenity, balance and alignment. As a teacher, I aim to create grace and flow – on and off the mat. As a writer, I love when that flow actually happens.

I miss going to your yoga class. It really was a wonderful class and I like how you asked us to journal after each class. I needed that encouragement. Writing really is a type of release. So many times thoughts will come to me that are just amazing. That's right my own thoughts blow me away and most of the time I am on the run doing something and I don't have paper to write it down. I usually get inspired to write when I'm outdoors in my garden or when I'm riding my bike. 11/20/2016 11:34:26 pm
What a super girl you are! I've been stuck as an employee in a publishing company. I don't regret all the decisions I made but I feel that there's something missing in my life. I'm looking for more adventures. I know that it's never too late to make a change. I just hope that it will be the right path for me. 8/17/2015 12:28:08 am
