Through slow-flow yoga, Pilates, and nature-based practices, I guide students to move with purpose, breathe with awareness, and show up just as they are. CORPORATE YOGA
Yoga decreases stress levels and increases mental clarity and energy levels. On-site yoga offers cost-effective, innovative solutions for companies wanting to reduce health care expenses, relieve workplace stress, and promote employee well-being. PRIVATE YOGA or PILATES SESSIONS
Yoga and Pilates was traditionally taught by one teacher directly to one student. The great ancient teachers understood the importance of individualizing each yoga experience to meet the needs of the individual student. Today’s group classes are fun, energizing and help to create a strong community and affordable yoga and Pilates, however, in a group class teachers may not be able to deliver the individualized attention, guidance, and convenience that we all need at one time or another. BLISSED BY NATURE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Get ready to take your teaching beyond the studio! This upcoming introductory online training is designed for yoga teachers who feel called to share the magic of nature with their students in meaningful, mindful ways. This is so much more than just rolling out a mat on a meadow—it's about weaving together movement, breath, stillness, and the wisdom of the natural world to create transformational outdoor experiences. You’ll learn how to lead grounding practices like Sit Spots, nature meditations, and mindful hikes, while gaining insight into safety, sequencing, and the subtle art of guiding presence in wild spaces. If you’re craving fresh inspiration and want to help others reconnect with themselves through the Earth—this is your invitation.
